THE MINDFUL CLASSROOM

THE MINDFULNESS TRIANGLE
Bobbi Allan, Director of Mindfulness in Education, developed the Mindfulness Triangle to help Teachers plan Mindfulness activities for the classroom.

Each of the three sides of the triangle focuses on one of three different purposes for mindfulness, and each has different purposes.   Each side of the triangle supports the other two and makes mindfulness complete.
Depending on your intention and/or the needs of your students, you choose which aspect of Mindfulness you want to focus on in a particular lesson.  The "Mindfulness for Primary School Classroom Teachers" training day expand on the theory and activities relating to each side of the Triangle.

Mindfulness teaches children PDHPE knowledge and skills “from the inside out”.
